  • Gillingham became Chatham Town and Coventry United, who were relegated last season, became Rugby Borough.

  • On 20th September 2023 Otesha Charles played for Guyana in a 2-1 away defeat against Antigua & Barbuda.

  • On 24th September 2023 Otesha Charles played for Guyana against Dominica and became the first Billericay Town Women's player to score an international goal.

  • On 8th October 2023 Zoe Rushen made her 140th appearance.  This is the most on record to date.

  • Otesha Charles appeared for Guyana on 25th October 2023 in a 1-0 against Suriname.  This makes Otesha our most capped player.

  • Otesha Charles scored the only goal in a 1-0 against Suriname on 29th October 2023.

  • On 29th November 2023, Otesha Charles scored a hat-trick in a 9-0 away win at Dominica.

  • On 3rd December 2023, Otesha Charles scored in Guyana's 3-0 win against Antigua & Barbuda.

  • On 14th January 2024 Karissa Doo made her 100th appearance for the club.

  • On 21st January 2024 Alex Baker made her 100th appearance for the club.

  • Zoe Rushen made her 150th appearance for the club on Sunday 11 February 2024.

  • On Sunday 11 February 2024, James Gibson took charge of his 50th match - W22 (44%) D10 (20%) L18 (36%) F138 (2.76) A87 (1.74)

  • Lucy Jones made her 150th appearance on Tuesday 2 April 2024.

  • Lucy Jones made her 153rd appearances for the club on Sunday 5 May, making her the club's record appearance maker on record.

  • On 9 May 2024 James Gibson announced that he would be leaving his position with the club W24 (41%) D11 (19%) L24 (41%) F157 (2.66) A112 (1.9)
